SpinLoots

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of SpinLoots Casino by all registered players. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the site, the player agrees to be bound by the conditions set out below. Players should read this page in full alongside the separate bonus terms summary on the Bonuses page before opting into any promotion.

Eligibility

Registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in the player’s jurisdiction if higher. SpinLoots reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point and to suspend an account pending verification. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed are not permitted to register, and any account found to belong to a restricted jurisdiction may be closed, with funds returned subject to review.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, including those created under different names at the same address, device or payment method, will be closed, and any bonus funds or related winnings across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Account details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date; incorrect information may delay withdrawals during the verification process.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds deposited for gameplay are not permitted to be withdrawn without any gameplay occurring, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice; a minimal wagering activity requirement applies to deposits made without opting into a bonus. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification documents are incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent with account registration details.

Bonus Terms Summary

Full bonus conditions are detailed on the Bonuses page. In summary, bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated funds become withdrawable, bonus funds expire after a fixed period from the date credited, and specific games are excluded or weighted differently toward wagering contribution. Misuse of bonus funds, including the use of betting patterns designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (such as covering most outcomes on roulette), may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings.

Responsible Gambling

Players may set deposit, loss and session limits from account settings at any time; reductions take effect immediately, while increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion can be requested for a fixed term or permanently, and self-excluded accounts will not be reopened before the selected period expires regardless of subsequent player requests. SpinLoots may also apply its own exclusion to an account where gambling patterns raise concern, independent of player-initiated requests.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Use of automated software, bots, or collusion between accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds gained through such activity. Players found exploiting a technical fault or pricing error are required to report it; winnings resulting from a known and exploited fault may be voided.

Changes to These Terms

SpinLoots may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new payment methods, or operational adjustments. Material changes affecting active bonuses will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited under the previous terms. Continued use of the account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Complaints should first be raised with customer support through live chat or email. If a resolution cannot be reached, players may escalate the complaint to the relevant licensing authority’s dispute resolution service, details of which are provided by support on request or available through the licence register.

Limitation of Liability

SpinLoots is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including payment processor delays, internet connectivity issues on the player’s side, or scheduled maintenance that temporarily restricts access to the site. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, and disputes over individual game results will be reviewed against server-side logs rather than client-side display, which may occasionally differ due to connection issues.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including graphics, logos, game assets supplied under licence from third-party studios, and written copy, remains the property of SpinLoots or its respective licensors. Players may not reproduce, redistribute or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission. Game software itself remains licensed from the originating studio and is subject to that studio’s own terms where applicable, particularly regarding RTP certification and regional availability.

Account Closure and Inactivity

Players may close their account at any time by contacting support, subject to any active wagering requirement or pending withdrawal being resolved first. Accounts with no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and a dormancy notice will be sent to the registered email address before any applicable inactivity policy is applied. Dormant account funds remain the property of the player and are never forfeited solely due to inactivity, though extended inactivity may require re-verification before further withdrawals are processed.

Taxes

Players are responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations relating to gambling winnings in their province or territory of residence. SpinLoots does not withhold tax from withdrawals except where required to do so under applicable law, and does not provide tax advice; players with questions about their personal tax position should consult a qualified professional in their jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute not resolved through the complaints process described above falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta or the applicable licensing authority’s alternative dispute resolution service, whichever the player elects to pursue first under the relevant consumer protection framework.

Promotion Eligibility Restrictions

SpinLoots reserves the right to restrict specific promotions by country, payment method, or account history, and to request additional verification before crediting a promotional bonus where irregular account activity is detected. Employees of SpinLoots, its licensors, and immediate family members of either are not eligible to participate in any promotion listed on this site.
